We appreciated staying in this hotel! We had a separate bedroom. The staff was exceptionally nice and took care of us. It offered us good and handy location very close to a large shopping centre, restaurants, and the rear garden. Moreover, it was not very far from Royal William Yard.

The room I was offered was well-equipped and brand-new with good sound insulation and bathroom, for example, loved it. A fridge and a freezer were a big plus.

The location in a great area was marvellous and incredibly comfortable and there were shopping centers and a large shopping mall nearby. The staff were nice, ready to any request. Everything was very good, exceptionally clean room where clean everyday.

The location is really peaceful, plus it's right next to shops and businesses. the food is amazing with plenty of options to choose from! 🍽️.

It was very convenient to christchurch airport. shops etc very close by so we could walk and get supplies. Lovely little back garden area which we had our breakfast in. very friendly helpful manageress

I suppose only faults would be that the shower etc were a bit date to look at , but were lovely and clean and everything worked well

This hotel offers well-appointed and well-priced standard apartments with lovely white bedding, and the staff is excellent, going out of their way to make you feel comfortable.

I liked the fact that I had advised I would be having a well behaved dog in my car, and without me asking for it, I got a unit on ground level which meant I could have my dog close by. I love the private grassed area out the back door of the unit...and the owners are friendly and helpful. Water pressure excellent! Much needed after a day of showing German Shepherd Dogs!!

My car park was very small, and when I returned from a dinner out with friends, the next door unit people had parked their car leaving me little room to park my car in front of my unit...I Ended up parking it in front of the units adjacent, and this seemed to be ok. With the rain happening, I would have preferred to keep my park for ease of loading the next morning...I Expected a call to say move your car but it never came, so that worked out ok. I would have appreciated a vege knife included in the cutlery - I had brought tomatoes to have in the mornings and had no way of slicing them - but this is being picky!!

The upstairs motel was nice and modern. Bed comfortable, nice shower.

The rooms here are super clean and have been recently remodeled, featuring really comfortable beds and fresh white bedding. For £87, I felt it was a great value. the staff is friendly, and the location is fantastic, just a short drive from the airport. ✈️.

Convenient location and unit was relatively quiet.

Recommend that milk be replenished each day especially for a couple that is staying for a night or two, as a matter of course.
